The ZIG ZAG PENCIL is an amazing close up magic miracle. Take a close look at the pencil which can come out of the magic box. When you push the box sideways the long pencil magically hides and reveals a secret set of duplicate pencils that are hidden. The pencils looks as though they are now cut.

Using your magical powers you now push the box back into position and you can remove the pencil to show it is not cut and magically restored.

The illusion and trick is similar to the sawing in girl illusion. The principle is very similar.
